Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy**
Appointments canceled between 36 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service total. Cancellations made within 36 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service total.
**New Client Deposit Policy**
New client deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel or change your appointment, your deposit can only be transferred to your new scheduled service.
